These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of qubetechnologies.in and any related apps or communication channels operated by Qube Technologies(“Qube”, “we”, “us”), and the engagement of our home theatre and smart home automation services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. About Qube Technologies

Qube Technologies has designed and installed home theatre and smart automation systems in Hyderabad since 2016, including certified Dolby Atmos installations, and works with brands such as Crestron and Lutron. Our showroom is open by appointment only; see our Contact page for details.

3. Website Use

• All content on this Site — including text, images, designs, and the Qube Technologies name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
• You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, or introducing malicious code.
• Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site (e.g. Dolby Atmos, Crestron, Lutron) belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the products and certifications we work with.

4. Enquiries, Quotations & Site Surveys

Information submitted through our contact form or WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a binding order. Pricing discussed before a site survey is indicative; final quotations are confirmed after we assess your space, requirements, and product availability. A project is only confirmed once you accept a written quotation or sign an engagement agreement with us.

5. Payments

Payment schedules, advance amounts, applicable taxes, and milestones are set out in your specific quotation or invoice, which forms part of your agreement with us. Please refer to that document for the payment terms applicable to your project.

6. Installation Timelines

Delivery and installation timelines communicated to you are estimates. They may be affected by factors outside our control, including site readiness, third-party product lead times, and access to the property. We will keep you informed of any material delays.

7. Warranty

Equipment supplied as part of your project carries the manufacturer's standard warranty. Our installation workmanship is separately covered as specified in your quotation or warranty card. Warranty claims should be raised with us directly using the contact details below; misuse, unauthorised modification, or third-party servicing of the system may void warranty coverage.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your space and requirements.
• Provide reasonable site access for surveys, installation, and after-sales service.
• Ensure the installation site meets any electrical, structural, or safety prerequisites we advise.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for a confirmed project are governed by your signed quotation or agreement, as amounts already committed toward procurement or custom work may not be refundable. Please refer to your specific agreement, or contact us to discuss your situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qube Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our Services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
