THE TECHNOLOGY
Where LCD walls filter a backlight through framed panels, active LED emits light directly from millions of tiny diodes. No backlight, no bezels, no seams — just brightness, contrast and colour that hold true from every seat in the room.
PIXEL PITCH
Pixel pitch is the distance between LEDs. The finer the pitch, the closer you can stand before the image resolves into pixels. Choose a pitch and watch the same scene re-render on the wall.

THE QUBE PROCESS
We study the wall, the structure, the sightlines and the light — before a single cabinet is specified.
Pixel pitch, size, aspect ratio and sources are matched to how close people actually stand.
Precision-mounted cabinets, clean power and signal, and integration with your lighting and automation.
Colour, brightness and uniformity tuned across the whole wall, then handed over with a live walkthrough.
PERFORMANCE
Cabinets tile edge to edge with no bezel, so content runs across the wall as one uninterrupted image.
Colour and contrast stay consistent from the side of the room, not just the centre seat.
Modular by design — from a statement panel to a floor-to-ceiling wall, flat, curved or custom.
We tune colour and brightness uniformity across every module so the wall looks like one display.
Individually serviceable modules mean maintenance without taking the entire wall offline.
Scenes that dim the lights, wake the wall and start the show — designed with your automation, not bolted on.
QUESTIONS
An active (direct-view) LED display is built from modular cabinets of tiny LEDs that each emit their own light. There is no backlight, no panel and no bezel — the cabinets tile edge to edge into one seamless canvas of any size and aspect ratio.
LCD walls are framed by bezels, so every panel edge shows as a visible seam, and projectors wash out in ambient light. Active LED has no seams, delivers far higher brightness and contrast, holds its colour from wide angles and is not defeated by daylight or room lighting.
As a rule of thumb, the comfortable minimum viewing distance in metres is roughly the pixel pitch in millimetres. P0.9–P1.2 suits close-up viewing such as control rooms and boardrooms; P1.5–P1.8 suits showrooms and hospitality; P2.5 suits lobbies, atriums and larger venues. We confirm the right choice during the site survey.
Yes. Because every pixel is its own light source, active LED holds contrast in rooms where a projector would be washed out — it is a natural fit for media rooms with large windows, open-plan living spaces and brightly lit commercial floors.
LED walls are designed for long, continuous operation. Cabinets and modules are individually serviceable, so if a module ever needs attention it can be swapped without taking the whole wall down — and we keep calibration data so a replacement matches the rest of the wall.
That is where Qube is different. We design the wall together with your lighting, audio and automation so a single scene can dim the room, wake the wall and start the show. Controllers accept multiple sources, so the wall can show a cinema feed, a dashboard or art.
